Q Now that you have an understanding of plagiarism, MLA, and starting thinking about research, I'd like to give you some parameters for the research paper assignment. Your research paper should be double-spaced, Times New Roman or Ariel 12 point font. You should have 6-8 pages TOTAL and attach a Works Cited page on the back (last page). (so AT LEAST 5-7 pages of research writing, then add on your Works Cited page.) Topics: I'd like for you to review your journal entries and see if you can extract a topic from those; however, if that does not happen, topic parameters are as follows: • topic extracted from journal entries OR • topic related to a current issue in the news within the past 6 months. SOURCES: Use a minimum of 5 sources from THE RACC library, RACC databases, RACC books, RACC magazines---RACC found materials----the Internet just isn't the most reliable, credible place for research!
